This refined & elegant coffee of the Janson Family farm is a Panama Washed Geisha Lot 207.
Geisha trees produce fewer cherries compared to other varieties, and their cultivation is geographically constrained with specific climatic & soils. This scarcity, combined with the high demand from both consumers and specialty coffee markets, results in a substantial price premium
